Return Policy Non-Parishable Items We at Wine-Fi want you to be satisfied with your purchase(s).Should you not be satisfied with an item purchased from Wine-Fi you may request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 7 business days of delivery. Upon review and approval your Refund will be the purchase price only minus Shipping & Taxes. You are responsible for Return Shipping. Items must be returned referencing your RMA, in good condition, in original packaging with all paperwork, parts & accessories to insure full credit.Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit. Late Deliveries - Wine-Fi can not honor claims for late delivery that are not guaranteed by the carrier. Overnight and Two-Day Air shipments to remote delivery areas are not guaranteed. Consult the carrier’s service guide for a zip code listing of remote delivery areas. Not all shipping methods are guaranteed and the shipping carriers do reserve the right to suspend shipping guarantees during peak periods.
Misrouted Orders - Wine-Fi can not honor refund claims for returned or misrouted orders due to incorrect address information. Your retuned gift arrangements will not be reshipped. We also reserve the right to charge for any return shipping,address correction, package forwarding or call tag charges billed to Wine-Fi by the shipping carrier. Upon Address correction we will ship a new gift arrangement plus regular shipping charges.

For valid claims for late delivery you will be reimbursed for shipping charges only. Discrepancies must be reported to customerservice@wine-fi.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods, be sure to include your Order Number .
